You can't trade to get the Shiny Charm. You have to complete the Pokedex, if someone gives you a Pokemon with the Shiny Charm. Then the Pokemon is most likely hacked, and you shouldn't use it. Plus, the Shiny Charm only works if the professor gives it to you.

darkkirbygaming it is actually not physically possible even as a hacked mon to hold a charm, as it is a key item and doesnt act like a normal item

I know but with PkHeX you can put literally any item on a pokemon.
