Closed LF: Viable HP pokemon

I am looking for as many HP pokemon that are viable the my heart can take of course, so just post what you have and see if we can compromise a deal.

LF: highest IV stats on a pokemon possible for the HP, must be benificial nature (modest/timid/etc.), must be Kalos bred, and last but not least it can be shiny, but it does not have to be.

HP: Hidden Power
