Looking for whitneys milktank any one have a whitneys milktank for trade I have some poliwags for trade that are in safari balls if you want one for a whitneys milktank or some ralts with good ivs the poliwags have good ivs to 7 in a two stats I think

You want a Miltank with rollout. That's what I got from this. To be clear, the EVs and IVs (Or DVs and Stat Exp if your playing OG GSC) of trainer pokemon are randomized. So a "Whitney's Miltank" could be any Miltank with the same moveset (and maybe level?).

Also, I have no clue what you're talking about at the end of your post. IVs of ~7 are pretty terrible, actually. But maybe I'm misunderstanding here.
