okay, the only thing that I cannot do is have it born in a dusk ball as in Black 2 it was impossible to have anything born that wasn't in a Pokeball. I wouldn't worry too much though as there are those on this website with a Powersave that are capable of changing the Pokeball it is in. Normally I could do this, but you cannot catch a level 1 Eevee in the wild so I cannot change it legally, but those people will either do it for a cheap price or for free depending on the person.

No pokeball is fine with me, I don't mind either way.
