Active looking for improvements for my team.

I have a scizor, a gengar, and a donphan. Was thinking the scizor comes out at the start to scout. U-turn to change into whatever is needed. Donphan would be my wall and stall. Gender is sexy. I need a cleric which I was thinking vaporean. And would need a few more sweepers i think. Let me know your thoughts and offers please
