The quickest way to get pc is to buy it with PayPal, though you can also get it by selling pokemon

well what ya want xD, just be warned, i only have UU and up pokemon, also i dont want it if you hacked to get it, cuz i need these pokemans for comeptive OU battling also the zapidos having hidden power ice is very important

I can get you everything you requested with perfect IVs, though they'll be powersaved. By all visible means they'll be legit and they'll pass through filters.
That's about the only way to get legendaries with good natures and perfect IVs, so if anyone tells you they got a 6IV "legit" Suicune, it's almost definitely not true.

Ah ok, but im pretty sure you can get one by soft reseting your ds over and over again but no matter, so can power saved pokemon be used in tournaments ect,

Technically it's possible, but it's extremely unlikely, so anyone saying they "found" a 6iv legend is probably a liar. And yes, powersaved pokes will pass filters and are legal in tourneys.
If you're still interested I'd prefer PC, but I might be willing to trade for any events you have.

Honestly I have most pokemon I want at this point, unless you have any event pokes like Wish Chansey or a Darkrai.
