It would be 500. But since you don't have 3000 you can just pay up the remaining PC and I'll give you all the ones you are missing. Btw the Latios/Latias stones aren't included, they aren't trade able.

No they haven't been released. But hackers can use them in online battles. Until they are released they won't be trade able through wifi. And I highly suggest you take my offer.
