I can yes. But in order for you to have the ability to nickname them they will need to have ot/id/and secret id.
The only way for me to do that is for you to trade a pokemon that you caught/bred in the game yourself to me.
I'll check the secret id and from there I can make the shiny pokemon I make literally "belong" to you.

thats sounds awesome. owhh yeah coz i got a few pokes need some tweaking on thier ability/nature/iv spread/spread/ shinfiy/id/ot change...seems kinda waste coz i got most of them breedjects. correct me if im wrong, u doing a set of 6 pokes for 400pc right? coz i thnk i need like 3 sets of them need to have pokegen

That is for Gen 5 PokeGen pokemon from the previous games(BW/BW2). The services you might be looking for is Gen 6 Pokegen(Kalos Born) which is a little bit more expensive but I can do cheaper if you want bulk.
