Whilst I understand that these pokemon will be in their shiny forms, but I want to ask if they will have perfect, or near-perfect IVs, and whether if its possible to be in the natures that I desire them to possess.
Also, in the event that I do make the purchase, are these still inclined to a free item of choice?

Well if you want certain natures for them I'll charge a little bit more depending on how many changes you pick. They are all perfect ivs with beneficial natures. And the free items I can throw that in.
