The Charmander is legit. Breeded it with Belly Drum and Dragon Dance. I have one slight setback though, I thought I was gonna use it and ended up naming it Shinezard. LOL! Up to you if you still want it for the Mew.

As for the Rayquaza, I'm sure it's legit because I got it from the Nintendo Network. Let me know what you decide.

Gotcha. I have another alternative for you. I have another 5IV Shiny Charizard (with original name). It's level 54 and BR in terms of skills and EV. Would you want that in place of the Squirtle? Just thought you might prefer it since you originally picked Charmander.
