I do see a problem in that both Togekiss and Garchomp hold leftovers.

Swap aura sphere & wish for Nasty plot & Roost on your Togekiss.Unboosted aura sphere isn't strong enough to OHKO an Assault Vest/Mega T-Tar, so just switch out.

Why wide lens on Rotom. Swap it for Assault Vest, transfer some IV's to Sp Atk from Sp Def. Get rid of Willow-wisp for Shadow Ball.

Try Yache-Berry for Garchomp instead of leftovers or Choice scarf/band

you still have the dual leftovers problem. you may as well go with a life orb of Clefable. no recoil damage and you don't break the items clause

Nah, he uses the item to get the unburden bonus and is then free to use acrobatics without it
