Do any of you know when . The next Update will come out for Pixelmon (Legendaries,Gen 6)

Wasn't there a big controversy over on www.reddit.com/r/minecraft about how Pixelmon included code that allowed them to essentially IP ban anyone from any Pixelmon-running server? (and maybe take login credentials, idk) Either way, it was exposed and they were forced to remove it for the next update. I heard the update is coming soon, though not sure when.
