yes, it's possible if it's transferred from previous gen where defog was an hm. i just cant remember which one off hand

HM05 Defog was in diamond pearl and platinum it replaced flash moving flash to TM70 but was short lived when HG/SS came out they took defog off the market and replaced it with whirlpool for obvious reasons (Whirl Islands).so totally possible to get a mew with defog.
