Kyogre is pretty good. Definitely depends a lot on your strategy, team, what not though.

Primal Kyorge's ability only disables Fire moves, leaving its primary weakness wide open to kill it. IMO, Primal Groudon received the better ability

Let's not forget that we can also Surf and Dive with Kyogre! Riding on a freakin legendary is pretty badass, and that beats Groudon by a landslide from a passive gameplay standpoint.

I just feel that original Kyogre was still so much better - 90 base speed is pretty crappy, let's be honest, so the Choice Scarf boost it can get really helps it a lot. Sure, it's a lot less bulky, but it doesn't have many recovery moves so it's an attacking mon. Is ability didn't really help it either, so compared to Primal Groudon it's a lot worse IMO.

Definitely agree with this even if it's not great for battling.

True, but Aqua Ring and Leftovers on this bad boy makes the most ANNOYING tank for opponents, because unless you OHKO it, it can bounce back from most everything
