Seeking Waterstone

I don't have two 3DS so I can't just trade it in game. I know you can buy them in the game in Pokemon X so I'd really appreciate it if anyone was willing to give me a waterstone. I only have low level caught Pokemon from the start of Alpha Sapphire so I can't give you anything good but I'd appreciate the help if you could send me a low level Pokemon in return with a water stone on it.
