They do NOT have max IV's but it's easy to do so, just get dittos from friend safari to breed with your machop!

It's a practice to mention how many good IVs they have, regardless of how easy it is to breed them on.

e.g. a 2iv Machop = 31/x/31/x/x/x, however a machop like this: 31/x/x/31/x/x would be a 1IV machop because machop doesn't use SpAtk.
