Pls i really want a shiny hoopa, make me know what you want for it if you have it

I don't think it's possible to get a shiny hoopa without hacking it in , you can definitely get a regular hoopa though!

@UMDred is correct, you can check here for a full list of shiny locked Pokemon if you wish. AT the time though Hoopa's shiny form is unobtainable / tadeable.
