Team Black Winter is most often considered Perfect Pokemon's most infamous, over-dramatic, and negative team. This makes sense, as they advertised themselves as being the "team rocket" of Perfect Pokemon - and that they were. After months of bad reputation, their leader (who also had a bad reputation for drama or trouble), announced he was quitting the site and deleted the team due to an argument with another member, leaving dozens of members with no team. Staff revived the team, giving it to a different member of the team. Several months later, after rebuilding and gaining a slightly better reputation, he kicked every single member out except for Nicky due to five members leaving to start a new team and being upset about it. Thus, we arrive where we are today.
Conclusion, let Black Winter finally die. It is an animal that several people have tried to put down but it just keeps on living, broken, injured, and weaker each time.
