Ah, well the Shadow Lugia actually has to be purified before it can be moved from Gale to Emerald, so it loses all of its black coloring and shadow type moves. No other games even have the black lugia graphics programmed in them!

I can get you a Lugia from Gale of Darkness, but I don't think it's what you're expecting!
