Welcome to this unofficial PP tournament centered around the Uber's tier. The purpose of this is to ascertain how Powerful Mega Rayquaza is without the ability to hold items in a very community driven way. Being that I want as many people in this as possible and want to give incentive to join, the will be no entery fee, but the winner will receive 500 PC. I hope to see a ton of you guys here.
The tourny will start on March 15, 2015 at 12:00 PM PST on Pokemon Showdown
Here are the guidelines we must follow

- Participants must adhere to our community ban list:

and the following clauses
Sleep Clause (you may not put two of your opponent's Pokémon to sleep)
Items Clause (no more that 1 of the same item)
Dupe Clause (no more than 1 of the same Pokemon per team)
Evasion Clause (may not use a move which has the sole effect of raising Evasion, namely Double Team and Minimize)
Empty-Handed clause (If Rayquaza Mega evolves, it CANNOT be holding an Item)
- Battle format One on One 6v6
