Make sure you have enough pc for this transaction We recently changed our rules so that each individual item/pokemon must be sold for a 20pc minimum. This sale would tally up to a minimum of 240pc and I noticed you only had 111.

Price for a full team would 1500, and they will definitely work on wifi. Tbh, not 100% sure about VGC, i dont see why not but i cant guarantee it
