The coloured boxes are pokemon that have not had their IV's correctly checked or data has not yet been added for them. The IVs stated are median values (except for any 31 stats), which means they may vary by 1-2 IV's either way.
Don't see it here? Sometimes my list is not 100% up to date. If there is an Event pokemon you are looking for - it is more then possible for me to already have it in my inventory of pokemon.
