GMod is pretty difficult to describe lol.... Here's the Urban Dictionary definition xD

"A modification of the game Half-Life 2. It allows you to experiment with the game's physics engine by posing ragdolls or building vehicles out of random objects. It also allows you to paint any ragdoll or object and you can change the physical properties of the object or ragdoll."

Pretty much. There's other fun game modes like Trouble in Terrorist Town and others though.

what a weird looking game :s

It may look weird but its actually quite fun. They even added new sharks, new items, new maps and new modes like Megalodon Hunt. The way you play the game is each team has 30 respawns and theres a total of 4 divers and 2 sharks. The divers objective is to escort a bot named S.T.E.V.E. and collect treasure while defending yourself against the sharks. The sharks objective is to kill all the divers and/or destroy STEVE. Each team can purchase weapons and items (divers) or upgrade abilities (sharks). The higher you rank is the more unlocks you can purchase (example the Exploding Harpoon Gun).
