I'm confused, can KR pokemons be genned or modified? And are pokemon genned allowed in competitive battles?

What is KR? Is that KB - Kalos Born?

If you mean 6th gen born pokemon then yes they can be genned but not by conventional genning methods, only by certain rare devices that cost a good bit of money

If it has a pentagon it's from gen 1-5, the OT, Memories, and Location met are the closest you can get to differentiate between how they were caught

In our tournaments you can use anything blue pentagon or not as long as you abide by our rules and our banlist it doesn't matter if they're genned
