I'm new so excuse me if this is in bad taste to ask. Do you use an external program to generate Pokemon? I noticed you could make a Pokemon appear foreign, and with all the shops selling perfect IV shinies. It just doesn't seem possible through convention means.

Yup everyone who runs a shop does. They are 100% legal and there is no difference between what I make and a regularly obtained pokemon in my shops case. I can't speak for other shops but my pokemon will work forever as they are legit
