Yes, snivy is coming out in 6 days in Japan and tepig will follow soon after.

Yes indeed. The tiering council here is discussing as we speak.

Sadly, Serperior is slightly lacking in the coverage department and Emboar is still too slow for reckless to really be a great ability for it. They'll get a bump for sure, but don't expect anything too drastic.

well consider serperior for doubles where u have somebody boost his sp.atk with one of those spells that are meant to decrease it

I would love to use these HA's but I'm not really sure how it would be able to get them...
