It's pretty complicated, but I edit the source code on the SD card with the game on freeze mode to change the .bin file to a .txt file, reset the cache, then change it back to .bin, which dupes the Pokémon.

I'm a hacker and programmer, so this is pretty much what I do all day haha

I have all 4 of the games haha, OR and Y are my hacked games and AS and X are my legit ones. I'll try to clone both, but I need my second 3DS for some timed trading and shutting off, which I don't have access to right now (I'm lending it to my nephew since he loves Pokemon and Smash) but I'll try to do it sometime soon
