well this is what I found: Deoxys- (Japanese) Have a Solrock and Lunatone in your team. Solrock has to be in the 1st spot and Lunatone has to be in the 6th. Haha no, Its the white stone in Mossdeep city, It is situated on the second level and since ORAS it has its own Fence and it has a dialogue :P- Jord

I do understand the problem that you're facing. Myself I only play pokemon for fun and I am not doing competitive batteling or someting like that. Hi!!! Hope I can help! There is one way that I know or sure would work, but you need 2 3ds's. Take your game from the 3ds you are using and simply put it in the other 3ds and start the game. This should work as far as I jnow. I am at school right now and can't watch this video, but another way...- Jord
