darkrai level 1?

is there a way to get a darkrai level 1? id really like 1 for this custom x and y nuzlock I want to play where I can only use darkrai and 1 other pokemon

You'd have to gen it or do psaves to adjust the lvl, if you want one you could always just order one from one of our many shops
