Closed electivire electric terrain

Hey I'm looking for a electivire with electric terrain if it could also have 5ivs everything bar special attack would be amazing pretty much trade nearly anything for it and happy to work out a trade don't even mind if it's a clone

Do you already have an Electivire? If so, you can just take it to the move relearner.
