Generally, I love the ones that are dramatically different from the originals.

Cresselia gets special mention for its awesomeness. Also, Charizard, Bellossom, and Breloom.

I like Mega Gengar, Zubat (It was my first shiny), and Umbreon. Green looks good on Zubat; and Mega Gengar's white it intimidating in my opinion; I like the slight variations on Umbreon, too.
