I was talking more along the lines of say someone is looking to breed a 6iv lucario, they can then ask me if I have a riolu or lucario with decent IVs. Something to help people get started breeding a certain Mon.

On a side note I have a few 3 iv dittos I'm sure one is adamant if that's what tour looking for.
