I'd like them all on level 1, perfect IVs and shiny and Kalos Region. It would be cool if all of them came in luxury balls :) And all water starters I've listed should be female, alle fire pokemon male and all plant pokemon female as well. I'm not sure, if the movesets I've written down can already be learned when they're not fully evolved = just replace the moves, that cant' be learned if not fully evolved.
