Although this Lil guy has no egg moves it still makes him useful for an offensive, tanky assault vest user. I suggest investing him into def, sp.def, hp, and some attack so he can be super bulky with both the sand, EV investment, and the vest. I also have two of these guys so call your price but lowest i can go is 50pc each
