Doesn't need to be iv trained or anything as long as it has fake out and preferably the hidden ability

Well yea I want the pickpocket ability mainly so that I can use focus sash. Fakeout is mainly a priority flinch that I need to have cause I'm going to use the sneasel with my justified lucario and in the event there is a threat on the field it would be good to stop it before anything can happen.
