I want a shiny richu . Also how do I know if the pokemon are hacked I want it in my bank and obviously dont want a ban.

A well hacked pokemon is indifferentiatable from a legitimate one. Just make sure you're buying from a trusted seller on this site. We know our stuff.

If done properly, you cannot tell at all.

I sell custom pokemon, done in such a way that you cannot tell.

Nintendo can't even tell at in-life tournaments.

To help clarify more, no you cannot ban or detected as having "hacked" Pokemon. The Pokemon sold by Trusted Sellers are 100% legal, and are able to be used in official regionals / worlds tournaments held by Nintendo.
