HA is simply Hidden Ability, the hard to get rare abilities of Pokemon.

How do you know what is a hb or a none hb

If you look up on any online Pokedex, like Pokemondb.net for example, it will have a list of different abilities, and if there is one, what the HA is. The HA for Minccino, for example, would be Skill Link.
