Mewtwo In Smash 4

I see everyone is gonna play as mewtwo in the future but mewtwo is gonna be op if it's made for that but I want mewtwo to be free for one copy and free for both copies. Or I think they should make mewtwo free for those who get the smash copy for 3ds.
