ORAS Regigigas

I'm having a very hard time trying to get Regigigas to appear hace all three Regis in my party with Regiice nicknamed (Ice Ice Baby) and have it holding the Never-Melt ice and am in the middle of Island Cave where you catch Regice. Can someone help me?
