There is no difference between Pokemon that are ORAS born and Kalos born.

I'm not able to make custom movesets for these 2 pokemon, I have 2 very similar, but that's it.

Ok just the evs and ivs for both along with a leftovers for mew and choice scarf for heatran but try to get as close as you can get.
