Galvantula isn't a terribly good pokemon. He dies too quick.

I agree, I also don't find it powerful enough for a ban. Though if we are going off a proper list it still makes the cut.

Regigigas still has a huge attack stat and you can skill swap to get rid of its hindering ability.

Considering you can say dirty words with it yes, but it is a piece of crap

actually i did some research and look up the move chatter from bulbapedia. and it saids here "
Generation VI
Chatter's power changed from 60 to 65. However, the move can no longer be used to record sound. Instead, the move will always confuse the target. Despite no longer being able to record sound, Chatter still cannot be copied by Sketch." which means chatot is not banded from being used in gym battles.

During generation 4 and 5, chatot was banned cause of the uses of recording bad words and sounds with the D.S. microphone and chatot's move chatter. when chatot enters in battle it will say that word that was recorded, from than on through generations in 4 and 5, chatot was not allowed in tournaments. until in gen 6, they remove the microphone mechanics of chatot so that u can not record anything when chatot uses chatter.
