Who does a better job or is more useful is thier respective tier?
I say shellder does a better job in the lc tier merely for its varity of ev sets from bulk to choiced to sashed or even vested it still gets shell smash along with skill link
Cloyster however only has so many viable sets to work with it has become extremely predictable taking away from its overall potentional use in its tier.
