Hi there,
Since there are a few new rating seasons around the corner I was hoping to get in some practice with other trainers.

The format is simple:

• No held items allowed
• VGC rules apply
• Sleep/Evasion clause is irrelevant
• Flat format

I know the format for the actual rating season for no held items is singles, but I enjoy doubles.
