Lol I love the look of this thing! My only issue is that it has Swift Swim....... It really doesn't look like something that should get that ability lol

Mega Mudkip should have got Sap Sipper

also it looks way too buffed up for Swift Swim. Also it will make Seismitoad completely useless in OU.
