Trick Room reccomendation?

Hey guys, what do you think is one of the best/most suitable water type trick room pokemon and what do you think is the best/most suitable grass trick room pokemon Thanks for your replies guys!

I have a few extra Super-Sized Pumpkaboos if you'd like one! They don't have a negative speed nature and they don't have a 0 Speed IV but it could be a nice start to getting one like that
