Use an adamant Talon flame, because jolly is a waste due to gale wings, if possible, breed dragon dance on the t-tar, and get rid of crunch and the scarf, and I would say that is a pretty polished team! (Or in my opinion... ;P- Jiggly

Charmanders w/ egg move!
I have a couple 5 iv charmanders with dragon pulse, bad news is, it doesn't have perfect defence... Also, I don't know the prices that are normally branded on such pokemon, but If anyone is still up for the blaze timid charmander, I'm here!- Jiggly
