Also you use an Ice stone to evolve alolan vulpix!

You can actually get an Ice Stone (Vulpix's evolution item) from Po Town, Team Skull's base. I believe it's the very top left area, to the left of the mansion outside of it. If I'm not mistaken, you can also get them from the treasure hunting cave on Poké Pelago.

As to other items, I could get you Leftovers for 60PC
