If a gym is claimable you're fine to ask for it here... Yes you can create your gym thread when you have a team ready.

Me and @NexusPlaysPokemon just had a gym battle to decide the Bug Gym Leader I lost really gg though so he's the new Bug Gym Leader Congrats !
I'll delete my Gym Thread and give nexus here tips and what to do next

@G was the current leader....but he deleted his own thread on Friday without notice as to if he was resigning just wait till we hear from @G I guess
