It just means that you can only use it on wifi battles and not on ranking battle spot battles, same with this arceus. Aside from that it's like a normal Pokemon that you can trade, Pokebank etc.

Btw, Arceus can only be in cherish ball and lowest level is 100. It's 600 PC total for the two Pokemon, but 500 PC would do so you won't need to buy PC. I'm ready to trade. What's your name in the game?
