I can't make it an egg, but I can put your OT and SID on it so you can rename it. ORAS Rayquaza is shiny locked, but I can get you the gen 5 rayquaza that can be shiny but you won't be able to rename it even with the same OT. You can only rename the ORAS rayquaza that is shiny locked.
